1979-1981 • COWFOLKS’ DREAM. Country/comedy duo. Vocals, guitar, fiddle and mandolin. Appeared at the Idler and various colleges and festivals.
1973-1980 • THE NEW HARMONY SISTERHOOD BAND. Five-woman string band which performed folk music with feminist lyrics. Vocals, mandolin, fiddle, autoharp, piano, recorder, various percussion instruments, arranging and transcribing. Recorded one album and one tape, toured through southeastern U.S.
1976-1979 • THE BUNKER MOUNTAIN FIDDLERS. Five-person “old timey” southern mountain music band. Vocals, fiddle, and mandolin. Performed at Passim’s, The Idler, and The Springfield Street Saloon; at various colleges and festivals, and on WGBH-TV’s “Club 44” program - listen to selected songs
